Teen Counselling (Ages 13-19)
The teenage years can bring many challenges as young people navigate school, friendships, family relationships, identity, and the transition into adulthood. At times, these experiences can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where teens can talk openly about what they are experiencing, knowing they will be listened to with compassion and respect. Teen counselling can support young people with: Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm, Low mood and self-esteem, Friendship and relationship challenges, Family changes or conflict, School pressures and life transitions, Grief, loss, and difficult emotions, Building confidence, resilience, and healthy coping strategies. Every young person is unique, and counselling is tailored to their individual needs. My aim is to help teens feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges and develop the confidence to move forward.
