I offer a calm, supportive, and confidential space where women, men, teens (13–19), and families can talk openly and explore what they’re going through at their own pace. My counselling approach is gentle, person‑centred, and focused on helping you feel heard, understood, and supported.
Depression can make everyday life feel heavy, exhausting, or overwhelming.
You may feel sad, flat, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward — and that’s okay.
